The West Cheltenham Community Passion Play 2024, #wccpp24, is a roving outdoor performance that retells the last days of Jesus’ life, leading up to the crucifixion. The play will have scenes at key sites around Hesters Way and will take place on Good Friday, 29th March 2024, starting at 2pm.

The aim is to involve as many people from the local community as possible, drawing on and show-casing their skills and interests as well as providing opportunities for development and training. Click here to find out how to get involved.

The production is a collaboration between local churches and schools across the parish of West Cheltenham with the support of other local organisations. The hope is that this production will help to develop a positive sense of identity for the community, connecting and empowering people.
