What next?
Easter Celebration
On Easter Morning we’ll witness the next episode of the story when the women return to the tomb, early on the Sunday morning and find the stone rolled back and Jesus’ body gone. We’ll give thanks and praise to God and celebrate the Good News of Jesus’ resurrection, overcoming death and the power of evil.
All are welcome to join us for this wonderful occasion on Sunday 31st March 2024, 2pm at St Aidan’s on Coronation Square.
No theatrical performance would be complete without an afterparty! So we look forward to hosting a party in the following weeks to enjoy the new relationships formed and to celebrate everyone’s achievements.
There may be opportunities beyond the production of the Community Passion Play to remain involved, perhaps through a community choir or orchestra, or developing skills in sound engineering or stage management, or simply having the occasional reunion for anyone who took part.
For all involved
We will also be providing opportunities for those who have been stirred by being involved in or simply coming to watch the Passion Play and who would like to explore the Christian faith further. Watch this space.

And who knows? If people are up for it, we may do another West Cheltenham Community Passion Play in future years!
